If you are looking for an amazing, professional and dedicated agent Kris is your man. This is the 3rd property Kris has sold for me and I keep coming back for those same reasons! The last two properties he sold under the hammer and this property was via Private Treaty given my timing and circumstance and I had 11 groups through in the first open home for a unit in a 30-40 year old build complex. Two offers that day and under contract that evening. Who said you cannot get an exceptional price for a unit in the current market.
