Right from our first meeting Kris was confident in his knowledge of the local real estate market comparing previous sales in his initial presentation. We were both very impressed with his personable manner and good sense of humour and the fact he has really enjoyed selling real Estate over the past 18 years. So into the marketing process with photos, videos, printing of brochures, release on the internet platforms, and three open homes a week. Midday Tuesday, twilight Thursday and Saturday morning.
