Kris and Amanda were recommended to us by friends and right from the start it was obvious that they had excellent knowledge of the market conditions and they provided an estimated price range that proved to be very accurate. We were hoping for a quick sale as my parents needed to move within 3 months and they provided very professional recommendations for how to prepare and present the house and yard for sale with the minimum fuss. The first and only open house had 30 viewings, resulting in multiple suitable offers and found the perfect buyers. Kris helped us with every aspect of the sale process and was meticulous in following up on all the paperwork. Both Kris and Amanda were very considerate of my parents needs throughout the process and kept us all up to date in a timely fashion. They both provided excellent advice and problem solving and their advertising campaign was amazingly effective. The photos and videos of the property were superb.
