Kris provides the best services and we have no stress at all. It was great pleasure and experience of buying and selling process with Kris. Kris helped us buy a property in Caboolture QLD when we were interstate. Kris helped us inspect the property remotely, found the good tenants in place and the house was never tenant free. Once we needed to sell our property, Kris found a buyer within 5 days off market, which saved us hips of marketing fee.
