Kristal Sawtell was a true professional in her approach to selling my property. She was detailed and transparent, which I appreciated immensely. Her knowledge of the market and confidence from interested buyers is what I believe led to a successful sale. I’m incredibly grateful to Kristal and her team for excellent communication and understanding how important that was to me. Kristal, thank you so very much.
Kristal knows the market and exceeded expectations throughout the entire process… which was actually very short because our house was sold within days with an incredible result for us. Everything was super easy, it’s clear that Salt care about the end to end journey and have a great team in place so everything is taken care of - logistics I thought would be difficult were just easy. Kristal and Mackenzie are a great team and would absolutely engage them again. If I could give 6 stars I would!
Kristal, Mackenzie and the team from Salt were fantastic and engaging. They have great knowledge of the local market and their efforts lead to a trouble free sale.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our home. Kristal and Mackenzie were a pleasure to deal with, so responsive and got us an outcome we were really happy with. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering selling. They really are the best of the best.
Excellent. I was impressed with Kristal when we looked to purchase a property, which is what prompted us to have her sell ours

We couldn’t be more grateful to have had Kristal as our real estate agent. From start to finish, she was highly knowledgeable, approachable, and incredibly well-organised. She took the time to educate us on the entire selling process, making sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. Her professionalism, dedication, and expertise made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed.
Kristal’s knowledge of the market was excellent and her communication with us was always upfront and helpful at all times.
From the initial meeting through to settlement, Kristal and Mackenzie were a pleasure to work with. Kristal was always available to answer all of our questions or give advice, (even when on holidays) and made sure to keep us informed about how the sale was progressing. This made the stressful process of selling a lot easier. We appreciated Kristal’s professionalism, candour and the way she structured the campaign to work around our busy family. We would definitely recommend Kristal!
Kristal gave excellent advice from preparation of the property to closing out the sale. I found Kristal’s communication to be excellent and at every stage I was aware of the sales progress. I highly recommend Kristal and Salt Property to professionally manage the sale of your property
