Kristel was a pleasure to deal with. We had a long 2 month settlement, with a number of milestones and conditions to be met. Kristel as the agent was selling for the vendor but worked hard to ensure the transaction was smooth for everyone. She went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase and even with the future rental of the property. And always with a sense of ease and fun! I recommend Kristel as a an agent and will certainly be engaging her for our future property dealings.

Kristel was a breath of fresh air Not only very knowledgeable in the real estate field and kept us to date over the sale period She also was great to talk to and true to her word Which is a great asset to have We were very happy with the way Kristel handled every part of the sale process Who recommended her to everybody Thanks for a wonderful experience

I can't praise Kristel enough. She went above and beyond giving 110%. She knows the market. She told me what she could get for my property and not only did she get it but she got more. She worked very hard to find suitable buyers keeping everyone involved in what was going on.

Hardest working estate agent I have ever seen. Knows what she's doing and gets results.

Kristel was professional and knowledgeable of our area and target market. We felt Kristel’s warmth and friendly attitude to be infectious in the best way possible. Kristel worked so hard on our “unicorn” and there are not enough words for our grateful we are for this.

We had the pleasure of meeting Kristel through the sale of our property. We had a bad experience 12 months ago with a different real estate agent. Kristel had reached out to us to see if we were interested in putting our property on the market, which we weren’t, until we meet with Kristel to discuss the finer points of us going back on the market. Through her enthusiasm and honesty about the market we proceeded with Kristel. We found her to be very honest, reliable, again enthusiastic and professional. We had after 4 days on the market an offer we accepted, we also had multiple offers after our original offer. The property sold for well over $1.2 million. Though Kristel’s knowledge of the market she got us a great result.

Kristel was extremely knowledgeable about the market and very easy to reach and always responded in a timely and positive manner.

Kristel has been an awesome agent to deal with. She knows the market well and new where the property price stands compared to few other real estates I have been in touch with. She is really focused and efficient with dealing with clients. She is a kind of person who prioritise her clients and works day and night to achieve the target. She has always been happy to attend calls and even meet us on her day offs. She has an outstanding personality I won't hesitate a bit to recommend her to anyone
