At times communication was last minute, which required rushed responses or actions for the vendor. Kristell’s first introduction and pitch to us was very good and her expectations on sale were what got her hired, although I feel her expectations were a little over forecast and not really realistic. Once sale was made felt the shift of focus became about the buyer not the seller.

Kristell did a great job getting back to us with any unusual questions by going back to the seller. Helped make communication with them easy. Also helped us get a mid-week inspection on short notice.

Kristell was strong in all areas. Her knowledge and skills and very positive, honest and helpfull nature were better than anyone I have come across and I have bought and sold quite a few properties.
