Initially I contacted Kristen probably 5 years ago to obtain a quote on my Mother's house. At the time there were 2 other agents contacted to obtain this quote. Kristen was the only one who remained in contact over these years to see how things were progressing, with absolutely no "push" - it was just touching base asking how my Mother was keeping - genuinely caring. Once we got to contract signing stage, the turnaround with the efficiency and service was fantastic and so appreciated when there was so many other things go on at the time. Kristen has empathy while still remaining business focused - always professional. The sale of the house went through very quickly thanks to her marketing skills and knowing the market and giving 100%. I honestly cannot thank her enough or recommend her to prospective buyers/sellers down the track.

When my brothers & I first met with Kristen over selling my mum's house just after she passed, she was helpful with tips on where to start & what could be done to help us get a better price. 3 months later, 4 tonnes of junk removed, carpets ripped up & floors polished, a full paint, bit of styling & alot of hard work, with Kristin calling in to keep an eye on the progress, she told us it probably wouldn't last a week on the market.
