When my brothers & I first met with Kristen over selling my mum's house just after she passed, she was helpful with tips on where to start & what could be done to help us get a better price. 3 months later, 4 tonnes of junk removed, carpets ripped up & floors polished, a full paint, bit of styling & alot of hard work, with Kristin calling in to keep an eye on the progress, she told us it probably wouldn't last a week on the market. She priced it within ranges of similar houses sold in the area over the previous 2 weeks. On the market on the Tuesday, 2 viewings during the week & an open house on the weekend & she has sold it for 95k over the advertised 'from' price!!!
