I would like to thank Kristen for a very quick sale, listed Friday with groups of people through on the Friday and the Saturday, sold Sunday, contracts signed Tuesday! Amazing! Each of the four parties who came on the Friday made offers from the asking price and above. Kristen was very courteous, friendly and her professionalism was evident as she expertly brought the right buyers through and secured the best price for me which was $35,000 over the asking price. Could not be happier with or more grateful to Kristen.
