I just want to take this opportunity to highlight to you the work that Kristian Danckert did on this. My wife and I went to see a property that Kristian was managing in Kellyville which unfortunately didn't meet our requirements. What impressed us is that he followed up with my wife and took down our requirements after which he contacted us again with a list of properties of which this was one.
