I just want to take this opportunity to highlight to you the work that Kristian Danckert did on this. My wife and I went to see a property that Kristian was managing in Kellyville which unfortunately didn't meet our requirements. What impressed us is that he followed up with my wife and took down our requirements after which he contacted us again with a list of properties of which this was one. Now we have been looking for a property for a few months and have met a lot of different agents and to be honest it was the first time an agent actually took the time and effort to understand what we were looking for as well as follow up etc... essentially him doing this lead us to this property and the offer etc. So we just wanted to say thank you for this.
