I engaged Kristian to sell my unit after a very negative experience with a different agency. Kristian presented as genuine, experienced, calm and confident. He set out a complete plan for the sale at the first meeting. After a week or so I found that I could leave him to completely take care of the sale and I didn't need to pursue him as he kept me well informed and anticipated my needs. My past experiences with other agents, as a buyer, was that they were not particularly interested in the little details of a sale but I noted that Kristian was always very attentive to interested parties, making sure to keep them on side by following up all their particular queries. I think this proved valuable as he was able to attract several first home buyers. His advice and approach to the sale proved to be very successful and he followed the original plan through to sale. We got an exceptional price at auction.

This was during the peak of the COVID19 shutdown and challenges this presented, but he remained positive throughout the process, producing a successful outcome.
