Very easy to deal with

We found Kristy to be most helpful, enthusiastic & professional in selling our house. We would recommend her to anyone contemplating buying or selling real estate in the Yeronga area.

We chose Kristy to market our house because we had met before and she was very nice to talk to as well as well informed about our suburb's real estate. She met my sister who has mental health issues and was very kind and understanding towards her, the perfect person to negotiate with my sister and ourselves. She extended very valuable guidance for presentation of the house and received offers from the very first open house where she'd managed to attract a lot of people. The sale went through quickly and for more than we had anticipated. All along she had kept in touch with us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone thinking of selling in the future.

What can I say. I don't normally provide testimonials. Giving through the process of selecting an agent, they all said they could deliver the world. Very quickly however the phone calls stopped and they did not even follow up. Not Kristy however. Without pushing she maintained contact and did everything she said she would. It made the decision to use her easy. Then when it came to sell, she provided advice which included a little bit of a spruce up. She even helped by arranging quotes and being an out of town seller she even provided keys to the army of people needing to get in. There is no way I could have had the work done without her help. Then I indicated I was after a quick sale to move onto a new project. Kirsty kept me informed all the way through and allowed me to ponder the various approaches in negotiation. Overall I achieved what I was after which was a quick sale with minimal fuss. Thank you Kristy I could not rate you highly enough.
