Communication - Kristy's ability to communicate is exceptional.

From the very beginning when I found the property that I wanted to purchase, Kristy was there to walk me thru how to make an offer to the seller, and how to understand what the seller was looking for to clench a sale. That could not have been easy for Kristy as I live in North Queensland and the home is in Brisbane. Also, I'm 79 and probably not as savy as some, but although she had other propective purchases to attend to, I'm glad that she perservered with me and that a satisfactory result was achieved in the end for both me and the seller.
