Kristy was amazing! After being on the market with another agent for 3 months and being quite disappointment, we decided to change agents and gave Kristy a call. We had not long put tenants in and needed to sell but were scared of loosing them while it was on the market. It was also a tricky time to sell throughout COVID-19 restrictions. Kristy worked her magic and found a buyer within a few weeks without having to actively market the house, disturb the tenants as well as achieving a price we were happy with.
