Robert has excellent up to date knowledge and understanding of the current markets, both locally and within the state, which he spoke about to me. The photography for publication was excellent and done without fuss or disruption. Robert has excellent communication skills, always giving prompt feedback after all inspections, and keeping me informed when he had any follow up details from prospective purchasers. I believe that he is diplomatic when giving encouragement to obtain the best deal for the vendor! Robert and his team were always most professional, courteous, on time, and most supportive, giving encouragement and positive reinforcement when required!
