As i said, i chose to go with this agent because he allowed me to put my house on the market for the price i wanted it which was much higher than another agent would allow. I thought the fee he asked for was a bit high but still was very glad i could pick my own price i sold my house for and thought the fee he asked for photography and ads was worth it.
