Kurt was my first contact with the proposed sale of my mothers property. He was prompt and clear with all communication. The sale was put on hold for a period after my mothers death. However when able to proceed Kurt initiated all relevant requirements to have the property listed. All dealings were handed over to another sales agent and I had no other communication with Kurt. One thing thing that I do recall is receiving mail addressed to my mother about the sale of the property, she had already died.. I didn't have the time, energy or inclination to address this at the time.
