We met Kurt Waterford approximately one and a half years ago while viewing houses for sale in the Llanarth area. Although we did tell him that we won't be selling our house for another 18 months he still offered to do an appraisal on the house and delivered a comprehensive appraisal booklet. Once we were ready to sell we decided to ask Kurt to be our real estate agent and, again, it was an uncomplicated, thorough and high-quality partnership. It was very important for us that there will be no "game playing" and we were absolutely beyond satisfied with his professionalism. He sold our house in record time, leaving us speechless yet very pleased with the outcome. We cannot recommend and thank him enough
