Over an 11yr experience, Kyli and her team at McCrae Property Group provided my wife and I with the most professional experience we could have wished for with our investment property in Bowen. We initially purchased the property through Kyli, we then transitioned the property management through to Kyli, Rob and their team and lastly we had Kyli sell the property for us. I highly highly recommend the entire team at McCrae Property Group for your investment property experience......Simply Fantastic!!

The number one agent for all the right reasons. Kyli provided both a warm welcoming to the process of listing and a steadfast commitment to the sale of our home. Thank you for your dedication & ability to smooth out changes & situations.

To Whom this may concern, Kyli is more than just some great professional service. Starting with her valuation proposal towards marketing and followed through by a quick Sale, well above expectation.Kyli is Simply the Best, considering another agent had first go For Sale not that long ago, but failed miserably with all aspects of customer service. Wishing Kyli and the Team only the best and future prosperity, thanks.

Kylie went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed in regards to our sale, she is truly amazing to work with.

Kyli & her team are the easiest to deal with. Their customer service is second to none. Kyli & Rob know the Bowen housing market better than most & this shows through when dealing with them.

We have had such a great experience working with Kyli for the second time. Her knowledge of the market is on point. Her communication and professionalism was outstanding. Kylies marketing of our property blew us away and we could not have asked for anything better. Kyli is very honest and was able to support and advise us through the sale of our property. We are so thankful to Kyli and her entire team at Mccrae Property Group. We would 100% recommend Kyli for purchase and selling. She is passionate about what she does and this shines through when you are lucky enough to meet and work with her.

As with all previous dealings with Kyli, she produced swift sales (usually with multiple contracts) at excellent prices Highly recommended

We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Kyli. Exceptional service with great communication and support. Highly recommend.

Kyli's knowledge and experience to match potential buyers for our property was great, it took a lot of stress off us, she kept us up to date with everything throughout the sale.

Right from the first contact, Kyli was excellent, professional and prompt to deal with. She knew the market and price for our property and delivered what she promised. The house sold in a quick timeframe, and she liaised with the bank and conveyancer to ensure it all went through without any hassles. We couldn't be any more happier. We highly recommend Kyli and her team at McCrae Real Estate, Bowen.

Our selling experience with Kyli has been excellent. We received great service with local market advice that we could trust. We felt well informed for every decision we made during the sales process. We would recommend Kyli to anyone looking to sell in Bowen.
