We have rented through McCrae property, they have managed our investment property and finally,we have sold our property through them. In every steps, the journey was very smooth and hassle free. Kyli and Rob both are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended 👌
Kyli made the whole process of selling and buying simple and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional but with that personal touch. Highly recommended! Thanks Kyli
Very efficient, easy to deal with, informative and very responsive. Couldn't ask for any better.
Once again, Kyli has made the process of selling property quick, simple and with a fantastic outcome for everyone involved. Kyli kept us informed and up to date throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend her for selling your property in Bowen.
Kyli is beyond knowledgeable of the market an got us the best result we could have asked for. The whole process was taken care of with exceptional service.
From the first meeting I was left with confidence that sale of our first property was in good hands. Kyli was professional and very supportive. We had a weird and wonderful experience, and whatever issues arose Kyli was there to help resolve, and took care of any extras. Excellent communication and response. She certainly relieved any stressors we faced in our first sale. Thank you Kyli for selling our first house!
Kyli's professionalism is second to none. We both bought and sold through her agency and both experiences were excellent. As buyers; she answered every question we threw at her, arranged extra viewings and gave us space to decide, she gave advice when we asked and didn't push. As sellers; Kyli and her team took fantastic photographs and made the whole stressful selling process so much easier and smoother. They are a great team of friendly and professional people who I would strongly recommend.
We have had Kyli manage for a few years, then sell our property- as we live in NZ we had to put a high degree of trust in McCrae Property and in Kyli . We cannot recommend them highly enough, we had some maintenance issues of course, but we were always told about them ,got inspections and photos with them, Kyli sorted out tradesmen and quotes, and recommended improvements. When we decided to sell we had a buyer the first week, Kyli has great insight to the market, honesty and integrity, we are very very happy with her.Thanks,Kyli.
Kyli McCrae and her staff have been extremely professional from my first meeting with Kyli about selling the property right up to settlement date. Kyli kept me very well informed via email and phone calls as to how the property sale was going. I highly recommend Kyli as an agent to sell a property. The whole process was very stress free thanks to the very professional service Kyli gives.
Kyli was so professional dealing with the sale of our house, actively advertising and displaying the property. Kyli is always approachable, always providing feedback and the change of ownership was effortless. Thanks Kyli…..
