We had a very disappointing experience with Kylie Charlton and Buxton Real Estate. They initially gave us misleading information about the potential sales price and marketing strategies, clearly just to sign us up as clients. Throughout the process, they were not honest with us at all, especially during the marketing phase and sales negotiations. In the end, the house was sold for much less than its market value, which was a shock to us. It became obvious that all she cared about was selling the property quickly and collecting the commission, with no concern for getting us a fair price. Overall, their performance was very poor, and we wouldn't recommend Kylie Charlton and Buxton Sandringham Real Estate to anyone. We strongly advise anyone to avoid this real estate agency at all costs.

From the word go, Kylie never stopped impressing us. She is a truly fantastic communicator, and was always willing to go the extra mile to make things easier for us. Her negotiation skills are 10/10, and we were absolutely thrilled with the result she secured for our property.

She gave accurate information and did not misrepresent the seller's position as we have seen at other properties during our search.
