Highly Recommend!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Romana

I had a fantastic experience working with Romana. From start to finish, her communication was excellent, always available to answer questions and always made time for us. Her knowledge of the market is great and her advice throughout the process was invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble, even dropping off carpet cleaner after a muddy inspection! Romana has been helping us with our real estate affairs for over 15 years and has always given freely her expert advice. In our most recent experience we engaged Romana to sell an investment property for us, she organised everything in a professional manner including trades to make any necessary repairs to prepare selling. She has a brilliant reputation and she certainly lived up to that. Highly recommend!

We had already bought and then needed to sell our home quickly. Romana was with us every step of the way, micromanaging everything we needed to do to our home to be presentable for selling. It was seamless. She is trustworthy and honest, knows the local market inside and out and held our hand throughout the whole process. Her negotiation skills are next level and we felt lucky to have her in our corner. She has a brilliant reputation and she certainly lived up to that. Highly recommend!

Romana has an exceptional local network that was absolutely essential selling during the recent challenging Melbourne selling market.
