I am so happy that I went with my gut feel in regards to working with Kylie Charlton and in doing so I resisted/ignored the pressure applied from other sources. "A breath of fresh air" is how I would describe the team at Charlton King. The initial meeting, with Kylie & Phoebe, to discuss the sale of my house left me feeling like I was about to engage in a partnership. They made the choice of an agent simple - there was a big "Care" factor. The many projects that need to be completed were project managed, always referring back to me but taking a few of the headaches out of the whole thing. The tradesmen recommended were also fantastic. I appreciated open house inspections were kept to two a week so that I could still enjoy living in my house through out the campaign and reduce the stress of the need to keep my house in "show room condition" every day.
