I was so impressed by Kylie's knowledge and experience and professionalism, whilst being available and constantly on top of the sale of my house. I don't know how she does it, but she made me feel like I was her only client and my house was the only one she was selling at the time. I could not recommend Kylie highly enough. Best experience ever!
Kylie was easy to work with, she always kept me informed and up to date. She negotiated a great deal for me on my sale. She works harder than a one legged man in an ass kicking competition. So do yourself a favor and use Kylie as your agent.

Danny Mailer and Kylie Loof were so amazing! We were previously with another real estate that did not get the job done. They had no understanding or knowledge of the local area and were not helpful at all. Kylie and Danny were the opposite and our saving grace! It was crucial for us to have someone knowledgeable in the area of Redcliffe and it's surroundings, to understand not only our needs but also the needs of buyers. Understanding what positive areas to focus on and how to make potential buyers fall in love with our house. Danny and Kylie did this better than we could have asked for. Although Danny was a big part in the beginning he assured us that his right hand woman would get it done for us aswell. And she did not disappoint. Kylie was imperative to the sale of our house. The communication flowed easily and there was a real understanding of not only what we wanted,but what we NEEDED to move on. Kylie was so helpful and went above and beyond her role as realtor. Not only did she get more money for us than asked, she was always available to answer any questions, queries or concerns we were having and straight away put us at ease. She was always there as a sounding board for us when we had to make big decisions whether it be about the house we were selling or doing research on a potential house for us to buy. Kylies contacts were vital in the smooth sailing of the sale of our house from the time we got the offer to the back and forth of negotiating and then the Settlement went of without a hitch. The advertising was second to none and we loved our "For Sale sign"! Couldn't have asked for anything (or anyone) better I could not speak more highly of both Kylie and Danny and would recommend them and LJ Hooker to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a house.
