We always knew Kylie was a top negotiator – and she certainly DIDN’T disappoint us! Kylie managed the entire selling phase with great skill and finesse, juggling several interested buyers at the same time, with the process culminating in multiple offers. Whilst we were thrown a couple of curve balls that we hadn’t expected (buyers not being able to get finance), we appreciated incredibly strong communication from Kylie throughout that period, which gave us great peace of mind. We were kept informed every step of the way and always felt she had our best interests at heart.
