Having conducted many real estate transactions throughout my life, I had sadly been left with a rather sceptical impression of the industry. But I’m really delighted to say that my experience with Real Estate by Kylie was entirely positive and I now have a restored faith that integrity, professional ethics and great results do exist in the real estate industry. I began my dealings with Kylie when my brother and I took on Power of Attorney for my Father’s property in Currumbin Waters and we rented the property first, before selling it in mid 2015 Kylie executed the rental management with complete efficiency and industry know-how. She placed a high quality of tenant into the property and, as a result, their rent was always paid on time. I found Kylie and her team to be highly communicative with me so I felt comfortable they were always on the ball. In August 2015, we placed our Father’s property on the market with Kylie. In preparation, she’d given us a very thorough appraisal report on what she felt the property would realistically sell for in the current market. Initially, we were anxious about how she could achieve the best possible price but she assured us, wholeheartedly, that she works for the seller and not the buyer, when negotiating the contract – and that was definitely the case. We felt the marketing campaign that she created really did highlight the uniqueness of the property and was specifically targetted to the right section of the market. Kylie worked tirelessly to obtain the best price for us and we were thrilled when she actually came to us with 7 offers! With the final sale price being well above our expectations. Although Kylie wasn't our agent she was the agent for the vendor of the property we purchased. Although Kylie wasn't working directly for us we found her to be honest, personable and above all else helpful.
My mother and I dreaded the day we had to sell the family home. From the moment Kylie walked in she: - Listen to us both and talked directly to my mother and showed a great deal of empathy and respect that she had to sell her home and beloved garden. = Provided a complete market analysis and explained how the market was currently performing, what other houses where also for sale in our area (our competition), past sales so that we could come to a realistic expectation on what we could achieve for our home. - Provide valuable advice on how best to present our home and even offered soft furnishing to assist in presenting the house. - Offered multiple marketing option so that we could make an informed decision on how best to proceed with marketing our house. - Continual communication so that we always knew what was happening. Kylie is very big on communicating, you will never wonder what is happening. I could go on... The end result is that we had 2 open houses in one weekend with a great response. We had seven offers by the following Monday and had a dream result in what we managed to achieve financially. Pain free... I can not recommend Kylie highly enough. Yes she worked for us in achieving the best result and she worked very very hard but the purchases were also very happy to deal with Kylie and it was a WIN / WIN for both vendors and purchases.
