We found Kylie to be excellent overall. Her knowledge of the area and ability to introduce us to our new neighbours made us feel at home before we had actually moved in. She has been extremely helpful during the settlement period with access provided to obtain quotes etc. for work to happen post settlement. The negotiation of the sale price was honest, low hassle and fairly quick. Would definitely ask Kylie to sell our home when we next decide to move.
