I normally approach dealing with agents with a good deal of scepticism, and feel that I cannot take too much of what they say about a property at face value. However I was pleasantly surprised to find that dealing with Kylie was a bit different. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and she was calm and patient in dealing with the multiple questions that I asked her about the property. She got back to me with the answers on a regular basis, and the negotiations over the price for the property were rational and civilised. All in all I found her a highly professional operator, who was also pleasant to deal with. The high level of service makes her agency different from the norm. Recommended!
