In preparing to sell our home, I had checked out several real estate agencies on the internet who were selling in Molendinar. I came across one property whose first photo was of the home and two beautiful silver palm trees aligning the front path. The photo made such a good first impression on me that I wanted to open up the rest of the photos to explore the home. Kylie was the agent and L. J. Hooker Nerang the agency. At first meeting to discuss a sale, Kylie made a good first impression upon u as well. She was warm, friendly, open to our ideas re selling price, had a good strategy for property promotion and all necessary paperwork with her. Kylie was diligent in conducting weekly open houses, available for private inspections, and always gave us feedback from the prospective buyers. As we were absent from the property, Kylie went the extra mile to make sure the goldish in the pond were fed, the new grass was watered and our mail collected. There was the occasional negotiation between Kylie’s wanting us to reduce the price to meet the market and our resistance to do so, too quickly. In the end, Kylie negotiated a “fair” price in today’s market and we have sold to buyers who love the home as much as we do.
