Kym and Shane came to visit us at our vacant investment property which we had decided to sell. The property didn't look that great at the time as the tenants had done some considerable damage during their tenancy (NOT managed by Kym and Shane). Kym and Shane arrived on time, actively listened to our frustration at the damage done to the property, were supportive, friendly, understanding, made helpful suggestions, and had a positive 'can-do' attitude. Kym and Shane have a sound knowledge of the property market, gave us no false expectations, and we felt confident to proceed with Kym and Shane in selling. Once we signed up, things began to move really fast. The first 'home open' was scheduled within a matter of days, and the 'for sale' sign was really impressive. As the property was vacant, Kym and Shane turned on the retic, hand watered pot plants, put out the outdoor chairs and opened the outdoor umbrella. When the 'home open' was finished, the chairs were put away, and the outdoor umbrella was closed and covered. What amazing service ! Kym and Shane informed us promptly after each and every 'home open'. If we had any queries, we received speedy responses EVERY time. Kym and Shane are friendly, personable, genuine, and very professional. Our property was sold in a short space of time. When it was time for the final inspection, Kym noted that the new owner had removed her shoes prior to entering the property. Kym respectfully took off her shoes and left them at the front door.
