Shane and Kym are both very personable and dynamic people. We initially chose Shane and Kym as we liked their digital marketing strategy and how that complimented the traditional sales approach. They also had very thorough understanding of the suburb profile and were very aware of happenings across the Perth market. Additional services such as the use of a free interior styling agent and a handyman to help prepare our property for sale was incredibly helpful. They provided us with weekly reports on all potential buyers who viewed our property along with a recommended strategy for the upcoming week. We didn’t appreciate how unique this actually was until we started looking for our next house and realised that we were not being engaged or followed up by those agents. Although we didn’t achieve our ideal sale price we were completely satisfied knowing that they worked as hard as they could to achieve the highest price possible in a falling market. We believe that was due to their easy dispositions, knowledge and super powers of persuasion. In addition to all that Shane and Kym also gave us information and negotiation advice on prospective new homes. Their combined efforts were really above and beyond in terms of general expectations for real estate, if you’re considering these guys to sell your home forget the others and just chose them.
