Sunday 6th August 2017 Jan Lowis 28/17 Marine Parade Redcliffe. Q 4020 This is a review of my experience using LACHIE MULHOLLAND of RAY WHITE REDCLIFFE as the real estate agent to sell my unit. Having realised very soon after I bought in November 2012 that unit living was not for me, I started looking to buy a house or land on the Peninsula. I have seen many agents since then at Open Houses and Lachie quite a few times. PRESENTATION Lachie was always well presented, had an air of confidence and was always knowledgeable about the property. He was at ease with people and never too busy to chat. He was never pushy. It was clear that he enjoyed his job and his enthusiasm was evident. SIGNING UP In May this year, I decided that I would have to sell and rent and then find something. I chose Ray White not on a cost basis but on the basis of Lachie MULHOLLAND. After seeing him in action for some time, I felt that I could trust him with selling my property. THE SELLING PROCESS Lachie was totally ORGANISED from the start. He was always PUNCTUAL -to the minute - a trait I like immensely. I felt that not only was the unit important to him, I was important too. He was respectful. He was not phased by no 'open house', having to collect keys before each visit, and having to tell people that it would be appreciated if they took their shoes off. He was always IN TOUCH - by phone and emails and texts - after a 'visit' and even if there were no visits. He clearly FOLLOWED POTENTIAL BUYERS UP and went to a lot of effort to 'spread the word' about the unit. He was always CALM AND OPTIMISTIC that a sale would happen. And when a buyer came along, he FACILITATED THE PROCESS SMOOTHLY and was SUPPORTIVE TO BOTH PARTIES. Only yesterday (a Saturday), I needed a painter and within the hour, thanks to Lachie, I had one on the doorstep. Now that is service. In conclusion,I would give Lachie MULHOLLAND 100% for his performance I would recommen
