Initially we had 2 inspection with Lachlan Elder of LJ Hooker Mona Vale for above property, althought we didn't make any offer at that time due to we had 2 other potential properties to consider at the time, but the later 2 property have all withdrawed from the market. When we came back to this property has gone to other agent from who we have conducted few more inspection and later on made purchase and settlement.
