Responsive and friendly agent - a real asset to First National Charmhaven

Lachlan has been nothing but friendly and accommodating to our requests and enquiries about our recent purchase. Particularly since the vendors were difficult to deal with on his part. We did purchase the property initially sight unseen. Upon our return from overseas he fitted us in to have a lengthy inspection on two different occasions whilst holding other open homes etc. Nothing was too much hassle. Our phone enquiries, text message were always followed up in a timely manner. Lachlan didn't try the typical sales pitch, he just let the property speak for itself. A breath of fresh air to deal with a real person instead of a sales driven fake. My husband and I were very happy with Lachy and First National Charmhaven.
