Lachlan's level of communication, dedication and commitment to providing a stress-free service for the buyer was second to none. He contacted us at least twice a week to keep us up to date on any progress and always kept a positive outlook. He has a good understanding of various property market types in the Brisbane area. He has an ability to read which buyers are serious contenders and makes an effort to understand them and their individual situations. He then took them on a journey over a few weeks until he had secured their very best price for us, the buyer, so that by the time we got to auction they had already committed to at least the reserve price.
