Lachlan has been great the whole way through the lead up to the sale and since the sale. His knowledge of the market is considerable and has been very beneficial to me. His advice on how to prepare the house for sale was a big help. His bargaining skills to get me the highest possible price was very much appreciated. There was never a time when he was too busy to answer any of my queries and that was a big help as I am 85. All in all, I was extremely happy with proceedings the whole way through from signing up for the sale to the settlement of my house. Thank you Lachlan.
