After having many agents through for an appraisal it was clear that Lachlan was the obvious choice, his professionalism and commitment was second to none and we could never have dreamed of selling our property for the price Lachlan worked so hard to obtain. He was there for us any hour of the day or night and made the process seemless as well as walking us through the negotiations for buying our next property. We would absolutely recommend Lachlan to anybody looking to sell their property.

We had the best experience using Lachlan as our agent! He went above and beyond! Highly recommend him and would definitely use him again to sell our next property!

We needed to find a unit & settle pretty quickly & with Lachlan's knowledge & help at all hours made our job of finding a unit less stressful. I would recommend Lachlan to anyone who wanted to find a suitable property on the Gold Coast.

I was able to develop a very comfortable working relationship with Lachlan, he was the only agent that gave me an honest appraisal of my property. I didn’t want to be given an over inflated and unachievable valuation, only to be convinced a little down the track that I’d need to lower my price to make the sale. With Lachlan being able to give me a fair and genuine valuation, it wasn’t long at all before Lachlan had my very unique property under contract. The whole process for me was simple and Lachlan maintained his professionalism while guiding me throughout. My expectations of this journey have been well and truly exceeded. Thankyou Lachlan.

Lachlan was always available, returned calls and requests in an appropriate time and was professional at all times. He made the purchase very easy and stress free.

Lachy sold my apartment recently for a truly astounding price. He was warm, courteous and professional. He provided helpful advice throughout the process, minimising the stress and optimising the outcome. Importantly, he has set me up financially for the rest of my life. I highly recommend Lachy to anyone wishing to sell their home, and my best advice would be to trust his advice and judgement - he knows what he’s doing and he has his clients’ best interest at heart.

Lachy was excellent throughout the whole process of selling my property. - Gave me plenty of options and was happy to tailor everything to suit what I wanted/needed - He had great ideas and strategy’s different to your conventional style of selling. I backed his confidence in what he was proposing and it definitely payed off $$$$. - Everything was easy and well planed with inspections, communication ect. I strongly recommend Lachy, extremely happy with his service

Lachlan was great to work with throughout the whole experience and went far beyond what we were expecting the sellers agent to be like. He was helpful, quick to answer any correspondence, great at liaising between everyone concerned which made everything run smoothly. We would recommend him to anyone buying or selling and would not hesitate to utilise his services again if in a position to do so.

I always found Lachlan to be very friendly and helpful. I found Lachlan to be a very personable young man. He always kept me up to date with offers and also helped me with some computer issues that I had. Always very professional and did a great job with a great outcome. Would highly recommend Lachlan to anyone that was wanting to buy or sell real estate.

I purchased a property via auction with help with from Lachlan. He was never crazy pushy but still instilled confidence in me that I was making a great purchase.

As vendors from interstate, our dealings with Lachlan were all via 'Social' media and phone calls always available and quick to respond to questions. Our property needed a refurbishment and Lachlan coordinated all the trades to come together to bring this property to a suitable standard for a sale. The property was sold after being on the market for 5 days with the sold price far exceeding our expectations. Lachlan is intelligent, passionate, and genuinely wants the best outcome for his client and so easy to work with, nothing is too much for him, it was an absolute pleasure working with him, and as the vendor I would highly recommend Lachlan for consideration in selling your property

Lachlan was fantastic to work with. Nothing was too hard and everything was done super quick. From the beginning he arranged a few trades for me to spruce up the property and kept me up to date with each step of the process in selling. A great price was also achieved in very short time frame. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Lachlan again.
