Made the sale of our house so easy! Plus we got a great price for it. Would use you again for as an agent in an instant. Was recommended you by a friend and have since recommended you to others. Thanks again!
I recently purchased my first home through Lachlan, he made the process super easy and was great to deal with! Super friendly and professional! 😊
As first time Seller’s, Lachlan went above & beyond to ensure a smooth, seamless process, resulting in achieving us a fantastic sale ! Trustworthy, friendly & professional - we can’t recommend Lachlan highly enough !
I've sold 6 properties in my lifetime, but never felt as comfortable dealing with an estate agent than Lachlan. I felt I was treated as a person, not just a number. He has such a great attitude and personality. Plus fantastic negotiating skills, landing me a sale price above my expectations. Couldn't fault the whole process. 5 star
Lachlan was excellent with the sale of my property. Always professional and able to get a very good price for my property. Would highly recommend him.
We really appreciated Lachlan’s genuine and honest approach to us as buyers. He also backed that up with great knowledge of the market and a high level of efficiency. He was a pleasure to deal with.
Lachlan came highly recommended to myself and as soon as I met him I could see why. He was passionate and committed in supporting me through the process of selling my house and attaining the best price for me. Lachlan was always contactable and had a down to earth approach which I loved. Lachlan would always keep me up to date and I was made to feel I was always his main priority. He was very professional yet made me feel relaxed. His strong knowledge of local area gave me confidence that everything would be fine and it was. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Lachlan again.
Lachlan has over extended himself from the beginning, he has a great knowledge of the area, and has made the purchase of this property easy and enjoyable. Extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process.
I found Lachlan to be a very efficient sales person. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. He worked hard to get me the best price for my property and would highly recommend him to do a great job.
Lachlan was great from the first contact - he wasn't pushy or forceful nor did he over-promise. We chose Sophie Cater due to their eye-catching marketing. They were the most expensive however we got a great price for the house from a purchaser based on the other side of Australia. Loved the 3D imaging as we felt this would have helped the buyer make their decision. Lachlan's communication was quick and honest. Look forward to working with him again in the future,
We were extremely happy with how smoothly the sale of our house went with Lachlan managing the whole process. We were drawn by his enthusiasm and appreciated his positively. Lachlan was well informed about the local market and we got the price he had appraised. Definitely recommend Lachlan to anyone looking to sell.
