Lachlan was very attentive honest and reliable selling my property . He is a very humble young man who made the whole sale very easy . Lachlan and I have been friends for some years , the fact that I was so familiar with his background gave me the confidence to move forward with him as a sole agent . I would use Lachlan’s expertise in any further sales I may have . I would not hesitate to highly recommend him as a selling agent .
Sophie and Lachlan made sure they understood our goals and advised on how that matched with the market. There was never any pressure and good guidance throughout the whole process to a good result.
Lachlan Sproule went above and beyond in everything he did for us and the buyers, and we are extremely happy with the result he achieved. His manner and communication was brilliant which really made the whole process stress free and seamless. We cannot thank him enough for the way in which he handled the tenants in place, working in with them and making them feel comfortable in a selling situation. They to, had glowing reports about Lachlan. I highly recommend Lachlan Sproule to anyone buying or selling real estate.

Our experience with Lachlan was so easy. Feedback was outstanding, his manner so easy going but professional and he exuded confidence and competence at every stage of the process.
My experience dealing with Sophie Carter has been wonderful. I have had calls, emails and texts returned promptly and every care taken to ensure communication was effective. In regards to the actual purchase, I cannot speak highly enough of the care, support and attention to detail that Lachlan Sproule gave during the purchasing period and afterwards. He followed up many things and was an invaluable contact as I live and work interstate from unit I purchased. I would highly recommend Sophie Carter and Lachlan in particular. With grateful thanks!
