This is the second time Lan and his team at Out City Real Estate have sold a property for us, and once again, they exceeded our expectations! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication throughout the process were outstanding. Lan kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Lan and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you for another great experience!

In a difficult market Lan managed to secure a sale quickly. I believe both I and the buyer are happy.

Lan was easy to work with and went out of his way to accommodate additional inspections. His knowledge and local connections made the process as stress-free as possible. Highly recommend Lan to buy or sell with!

From the word go Lan was our agent of choice , nothing was ever an issue or problem from getting our property listed right up until contract exchange , he helped turned what could have been a stressful situation into a walk in the park. i would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy , and also the understanding shown to our situation was so much appreciated . Lan and his staff do an exceptional service , if it was possible to give him more then 100% i would

Lan was great to deal with, and put a lot of work into getting us a result we were really happy with.

Lan was so great in helping me purchase my property. Was always transparent and felt like he wanted the best for both parties. Would definitely recommend for buying/ selling.

Lan and the team have been nothing short of exceptional in helping us sell our home, and guiding us through the sale of our property. From the big picture process to the smallest of details, you know Lan is on your side. Communication has been clear, quick and honest, and Lan's professional advice and knowledge has been spot on. We are thrilled with the result, and would strongly recommend Our City to anybody looking to buy or sell property. Thank you!

Lan was capable of knowing the market and property I'll give him that. However I did not like any interaction had with him. When I first met him at the open house he seemed unenthusiastic and felt like it was a problem me asking questions. He walked away mid conversation and continually fussed over the pool mechanics. He did organise the B and P report but did not allow them access to everything so had to get them back. All in all the house sold us not the salesman.

Lan and his team made the purchasing process so easy.
