Lan is a great agent, I cannot rate him more highly on his professionalism, knowledge, warmth and patience. He went out of his way on a public holiday to show me around the property again after the builders inspection report had come back. He definitely puts in the extra effort to keep everyone happy and he always does it with a smile and a laugh.
