Lan and the OC team went above and beyond our expectations. With impeccable attention to detail they campaigned our home with professionalism and honesty. From the outstanding marketing material to the daily check ins, nothing was ever an issue and all our thoughts and concerns were met with confidence and determination to get us the best price possible for our home. We highly recommend Our City Real Estate especially it you want to be looked after by a team who truly cares.

Not only does Lan have an extensive knowledge of the Orange Real Estate market, he takes pride in understanding his clients individual needs in order to achieve the best outcomes. I can not rate Lan and his team at Our City Real Estate high enough. Together with being extremely responsive, helpful, patient and understanding, Lan demonstrates the utmost of integrity and an absolute passion for what he does.

Highly recommend using Our City Real Estate, they were really helpful and made everything super easy.

Our recent dealings with Will and Lan were fair and straight forward. Fair to the Vendors and fair to us the Purchasers. Buying at Auction is a good way of proving market value on the day and I thank them and their team for honest support and good info. We would likely list with them if we had Property to sell and will be happy doing business again in the future. Many thanks from Ken & Jules

Lan is a great agent, I cannot rate him more highly on his professionalism, knowledge, warmth and patience. He went out of his way on a public holiday to show me around the property again after the builders inspection report had come back. He definitely puts in the extra effort to keep everyone happy and he always does it with a smile and a laugh.

Will is very likable & pleasant to deal with. Will did everything he said he would & kept the lines of communication open between the sellers & us buyers. Will was paramount in getting the sale over the line. We were annoyed that the home was deceptively listed as a 4 bedroom when it is clearly a 3 bedroom, however are very happy with the sale & excited for our new home

I couldn't fault my recent purchase from Our City real Estate, and Lan. Being a business investment, what we required was communication, and information, both of which were met above expatiation. We were informed on where the dollars had to be, and ensured the purchase. Thanks Lan

From start to finish nothing was an issue. Both Lan and will have a great understanding of the market and the buyers. Fast result and beyond my expectations

It was refreshing for a real estate agent honoring the deal once the offer was accepted, unlike another agent in Orange.

From initial contact to the sale of my property, Lan and Will from the Our City Team exceeded expectations. Excellent communication, professional, local knowledge and fantastic marketing gave me the results I was looking for I would highly recommend the Our City Team if your considering purchasing or selling. Thank you for a great experience once again

Lan and Will are extremely knowledgeable in the current market and provide honest and reliable advice. Communication is effortless and efficient. The boys couldn't be more accurate in their moto "A real estate experience the way it should be"

Lan and the team at Our City Real Estate are consummate professionals. The support, guidance and communication is outstanding. As young people in a challenging market, couldn’t not have asked for a better real estate agent. Always available to take our calls, and keep us updated with the progress of the sale, could not recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you Lan and the team.
