Lan was super easy to communicate and deal with.

Lan and Will were very professional in their approach and were willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Regular and prompt communication ensured that we were kept up to date throughout the sales process. Thanks again for your fantastic service, we would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Right from the start we were confident that Will and Lan were the right choice to sell our property. We were not disappointed. Their knowledge of the market was spot on, they followed through with excellent marketing. The photography and video was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process we were kept up to date on progress which made the whole sale process as stress less as it could be. We would not hesitate in recommending Will and Lan to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Throughout the sale process Lan & Will presented as a friendly, well-informed team. Communication was always prompt & clear.

This was our second time working with Lan. His experience and knowledge is second to none. Lan is professional, yet down to earth. My husband and I can't speak highly enough of him.

From our first meeting I found Lan & Will to be welcoming, honest and easy to work with. The boys were always in contact with updates from the time the house was on line till after the sale, made the process very easy as a first time seller. The boys never made me feel like I was just a customer but a friend. Outstanding service and result from the OC team Thanks Lan & Will

I’m so glad I went with Lan and Will for the sale of my home, they explained the whole process and always kept me updated on how it was all going.

Lan and Will helped with our simultaneous sale of our old place and purchase of our new place and went above and beyond to ensure that the settlements happened on the same day and communicated with all stakeholders to an exceptional level. Will and Lan are always so incredibly police, positive and excellent at what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Orange and surrounding areas to have the same real estate experience as my family and I did whether it be through the sale of their home or the purchase of a new home.
