Lan and Will were always courteous, professional and genuine. They took the time to give us a private inspection and were always available to answer our questions. They clearly are knowable in what they do and I would no hesitate to work with them again.
Will and Lan made the entire process Smooth and Easy and quick for the purchase of my property. Thank you Guys, I would recommend you to anyone in the market to buy or sell
We can’t thank Lan and Will for such an incredible experience selling our first family home, they were both so friendly and professional and delivered a great result. We can’t recommend them enough and wouldn’t think twice about using them again.
Lan was awesome! Made the sale of our house very easy and simple for us. Listed it Friday arvo and the house was gone Saturday arvo... Killing it! Cheers mate
From beginning to end our experience with Lan and Will at Our City Real Estate, was more than we could have hoped for. As our first ever sale, we didn't expect the process to be so effortless and seamless, let alone so satisfying. Lan's deep connection to the Orange community shone through with buyers ready to go before we had decided to list our property. When you invite Lan and Will into your home, you become firm friends immediately and are in the best hands in the business. I highly recommend giving them a call and becoming a part of the Our City family!
As a professional Buyers Agent - I deal with a lot of Sales agents, Will and Lan where great to deal with, professional, responsive, fair negotiators and tried hard for their vendors to achieve the right terms to secure the deal. In a very fast paced market, their proactive approach and willingness to accommodate my clients needs was refreshing and critical in getting the deal done.
We were so glad that Will was the agent facilitating this sale! He was friendly and hands-on right from the word go ... assisting us to effectively navigate what can be a stressful and confusing process. So grateful for his warm and approachable manner, and his practical guidance and advice. Highly recommended!
Lan was a great agent to work with. He was reliable and very easy to deal with. Right from the beginning he understood what I was after and helped me find what I was looking for. He was prompt and his communication was great, keeping me updated throughout the whole process.
My husband and I recently purchased a property, facilitated by Lan and Will. It was a seamless experience. We appreciated their clear communication and advice.
We bought our house with Lan in 2016 and were impressed with his experience, candour and professionalism. Upon finding out that Lan had gone out with Will to Our City Real Estate, we were sure that when it came time to sell the same place in 2020, Lan would be a great choice. We weren’t disappointed. Our house was sold pre-market to a buyer that Lan had been helping for some time to get into the perfect property for them. Thanks again.
Lan and will are a great asset to the Orange real estate market we couldn’t ask for a better experience they were honest and great communicators and a breeze to do business will and I can’t see the seller experience being any less amazing if you need to buy or sell in Orange these guys should be your only go to!
Lan and Will couldn't have made the buying experience easier. They both kept me up to date every step of the process. They went out of there way to find a property that ticked all the boxes. Very honest and and true to their word.
