Working with Lan and Will for the sale of our first home was a breeze from the very beginning. They took all the hard work out of the process, guided and informed us on every step of the way and successful sold our property without it even going to market. We highly recommend them both and won’t hesitate to turn to them again on any future realestate endeavours.
After selling our home through Our City, we were lucky enough to purchase our dream home through them also. Faultless yet again. Thank you Lan and Will, your housewarming invite is in the mail!
Lan and Will were absolutely fantastic! Our home sold in 6 days and we couldn’t be happier with the result. They went out of their way to help us present our home perfectly as we took on their suggestions for improvement before listing. They were both extremely attentive, helpful, dedicated and professional during the sale process. Their wit and charismatic personalities shed light on each day 😉. Thank you both, Alicia and Dan
We can’t praise Lan and Will enough for their professionalism and expertise that resulted in a successful, prompt and hassle-free sale of our house. Their effective communication skills, outstanding organisational abilities and their passion to achieve exceptional results, ensured an extremely positive experience for us. We highly recommend the Our City team and look forward to working with them again in the future.
Selling a home is an emotional and stressful time. We were fortunate to have the team at Our City Real Estate Orange marketing and selling our property. From the initial appraisal to the listing, negotiation and sale, the honest advice, support and communication were exceptional. We felt valued and respected by Lan and Will. To receive our asking price for the sale in a very short time speaks volumes for the professionalism and dedication of the Our City team. We have nothing but praise and highly recommend the boys for anyone buying or selling in Orange.
The advertising exceeded my expectations with the video, photos and 3D virtual house tour really setting up the marketing campaign. Lan and Will's professional and down to earth approach assisted with the sale process. Thank you !
From the moment we saw the OC sign, we knew we would be looked after. Lan guided us through the house on short notice, with a comprehensive knowledge of the area, including facilities, school zoning and sales history, putting us at ease, as first home buyers. Lan's communication throughout the sales process was prompt and resulted in us purchasing our first home, on the day of inspection. We can't wait to start making memories in our new home.
They found us our dream home, thanks guys for being so easy to deal with and in tune with what we needed. Every part of the house is perfect and we cant wait to start making memories.
