Was great to work with Lan and the team. He was open for discussion about the property and was quick to reply about any questions we had. Felt like he was always willing to talk and discuss options available to both us and vendor to come a point in which we were happy to settle. Lan and team are great to talk to and we ended up with the property we always wanted. Cheers
Lan and Will were always contactable and very approachable. They delivered a great outcome for our first home sale. Would highly recommend their services, very happy customers!
Lan guided me through the entire process, he is very knowledgeable, was easily contactable and transparent throughout. Will and Lan were always available and happy to help. Lan has been great during the entire journey, including after settlement! Thanks to Lan and Will, I highly recommend them.
I found Lan very easy to deal with. Very efficient. Returned phone calls in good time frame. Knowledgable of the property
My wife and I had been looking to purchase a property for around 18 months. We've had discussions with multiple agents locally (once of which was Lan). He kept in contact with us regularly and advised us of potentially suitable properties as they came to market (and this was the case with this property). The communication we received from Lan throughout the process was thorough, quick and made the process far less stressful than we expected! He worked hard for the vendor through the process but was also very helpful and fair for Renee and I. So much so that we'll be using Lan's services when we look to sell our existing property in the coming months.
I had a great experience with Our City Real Estate! Will was extremely approachable and easy to communicate with. I always felt very in the loop with what was happening and all in all it was a smooth experience!
The knowledge both Lan and Will showed on our first meeting made listing our property with them an easy choice. Both men with their approachability, expertise and willingness to help throughout the sale is a credit to them. I would highly recommend Lan and Will to anyone!!!
Lan and Will were great to deal with during the process. Kept us in the loop at all times and you can tell they really care about giving everyone involved a great outcome.
I purchased my property pre market, through Will at Our City Real Estate. I was in contact with them following up on another property that had sold but was informed of a property that was coming up. They worked with me the whole way through including assisting with any inquiries I had and gave me a very honest overview of the house. I made the decision to make an offer and it was soon accepted. Will went way out of his way to assist me in the purchase in any way he could (including assisting with missing appliances) I cant recommend Our City Real Estate enough.
Working with Lan was easy - he is a great communicator and he was a really good go to during the difficult time on selling our own house and buying one from Lan with COVID related delays. I could trust his word and he has been great through this process. Will definitely use him again.
Lan and Will were nothing short of fantastic. From the initial meeting right through to the sale we were amazed by how stress free the the process was. Their professionalism, knowledge and personalities definitely aided in the speedy sale of our house. We could not be happier, thank you Lan and Will.
Lan & Will were very approachable and accomodating throughout our buying process. They were extremely genuine, honest and open with us through each step. Service was professional and down to earth.
