I asked Lan to ring 2 minutes after open houses as I am inpatient for new.s Lan and Will rang within that 2-5 minutes every time. What they say is what they do. We had meetings regularly and at one stage, Lan set a meeting and was scared we were going elsewhere, but we assured him we have dealt with many Real Estate agents over the years, and never once would we consider in changing Agents that is how confident we were in his capability and honesty. That type of honesty is not always seen in business dealings these days. But that is what you will get with both Men.
