Lana is exceptional! Although she was representing the Seller, she also went above and beyond to ensure a smooth handover for me as the buyer too. Especially impressive given the complexity of the sale, as it included an AirBnb account, some furnishings and was at an awkward time over the Christmas period with lots of closures. She consistently brought thoughtful, practical solutions to the table, particularly when other parties, including the conveyancers, began to drop the ball.
