From our first telephone contact with Lance to the end communication was easy and appointments were always kept. A buyer negotiation started from the first open house and finalised over a relatively short period. Whilst the price was reduced, overall the sale came at the right time considering the many hurdles that have occurred lately and the Covid-19 drama that basically affects the whole population to varying degrees. After going through 12 months of an emotional roller coaster trying to sell our house with other agents we contacted Lance, something that we should have done in the first place. We had got to the point where we thought that we had a house that was unsellable and the only suggestion that the other agents came up with was to keep decreasing the price - something that we were not prepared to keep doing.
