From our first telephone contact with Lance to the end communication was easy and appointments were always kept. A buyer negotiation started from the first open house and finalised over a relatively short period. Whilst the price was reduced, overall the sale came at the right time considering the many hurdles that have occurred lately and the Covid-19 drama that basically affects the whole population to varying degrees. After going through 12 months of an emotional roller coaster trying to sell our house with other agents we contacted Lance, something that we should have done in the first place. We had got to the point where we thought that we had a house that was unsellable and the only suggestion that the other agents came up with was to keep decreasing the price - something that we were not prepared to keep doing. Inspections were very few and far between. My husband and I were becoming very despondent and even considered pulling the house off the market. We then spoke to Lance and signed him up, he took several interested parties through the house within the first couple of days and sold it before the week was up! So.....what more can we say?! Lance was very professional, assessed our property's value differently to other agents and obviously knew the best way to market our house which resulted in a quick and very satisfactory outcome.

We first met Lance when looking at land in the Altitude Estate near Terraora. When we said we were looking to downsize he asked all the right questions and arranged to look at our property to see what was possible. He laid out a strategy for us which turned out to be spot on. We were very impressed with his knowledge and positive attitude. He organised his staff to look at our property and appointed a very enthusiastic lady to look after us. He obviously also knows people as our house sold very quickly for the amount we wanted . My wife and I were very impressed with Lance and his team.
